Customer complaint number AB095913 Sl1900408043/SI190040 Hello, regarding the order mentioned in reference which was delivered in 2 packages, the first on time on 22/01. After contacting Chronopost, they informed me that the second package had to be repackaged and should be delivered on the 22nd or 23rd. I received the second repackaged package this Friday 24, but with one ball missing. Thank you for doing what is necessary to send me this missing ball as soon as possible.

Hello! Satisfactory order, in terms of the ordered products, and the ease of ordering. Regarding delivery, the order arrived in several shipments, including for similar products (sticks). One of the items in the order (some fabric fruits) arrived late, and with an enormous box (at least 5 times too big), while the one that contained them, adjusted to their size, would have sufficed.

Difficult to find what you want. Then toys advertised for 2-year-olds and when reading the description it says 3 years. Upon receiving the package, we could have put 3 or 4 boxes of toys inside.

Very good product, in accordance with the description. The order tracking is appreciated since one color was missing on cones replaced by another. The only downside, an impressive number of boxes, sometimes with only 1 cone of 33cm in a box of 60x40cm.
