The delivery was 2 days late. If I hadn't contacted customer service, I would have never known. We ordered from your site for your seriousness and we were very disappointed. We had a meeting with the Departmental Council for a site visit and 10 minutes late, the mattresses would not have been delivered. This caused real dissatisfaction.
