I question the packaging when sending the items. The changing mat was just wrapped in a transparent plastic protection that was very dirty (from being dragged around in the delivery truck). No reinforced packaging to properly protect the item and... this is a recurring problem with Wesco (I have already received broken items due to careless packaging).

You have a problem with packing the parcels.
