I had to place the order twice even though I had paid the first time by accessing my banking app, but I never received the confirmation email. Fortunately, I was able to reorder so that it would arrive on time at home.
Order delivered on time but 1 Wednesday (school closed) when it had been clearly specified, at the time of the order, the days and hours of the school for reception. "Space-saving" beds advertised for children aged 18 months to 3 years, but out of our 18 toddlers (TPS), aged 2 to 3 years, only 1 can lie down in them. Beds of this size are too small! Useless purchase for our nap rooms (and return at our expense despite the wish for a recommendation of "standard size" beds as a replacement!). This is very detrimental (tight budget). The beds seem comfortable and sturdy otherwise.
You did not take into account our email for a change of delivery address and you are not answering the phone. Regards
Honestly, I didn't think these animal figurines were made in Portugal, made in China... Very surprised given the price...
My order has still not been delivered. The emails informing me of the delay do not provide any details on the confirmed delivery day or the reasons for the delay. I placed my order on March 29 and it is now May 10.
It's a pity that the boards of the furniture are not labeled, to make it easier to find.
Big problem with the delivery. The first part of the packages was left in front of our door without ringing the intercom, one of the boxes was even open; there was no shipping slip. The rest of the boxes arrived later and were thrown over our gate without any warning of course!!!! Even though we were generally satisfied with your products, we hesitate to order from you again due to the delivery issues.
The product itself is of good quality, I have nothing to complain about, but I have two issues to report: the first is the extremely long delivery time (a product ordered from China does better in terms of delivery time). The second problem is with the choice of delivery service, there is only one provider to take or leave, and this one is very demanding (the delivery person is not allowed to go up the building's stairs! Given that I work and my wife is at home with a young child, she begged the delivery person to take the package upstairs, and I find that unacceptable!). I am a bit disappointed because you propose a delivery date and do not adhere to it.
Very disappointed. It is stated on the site that shipping is within 48 hours and delivery in 3 to 5 days. The shipment was made 5 business days after the order. Too long.

Site and order itself very good but big problem with the delivery company GLS. This is the second time that instructions are not followed and packages are either not delivered or delivered elsewhere! It's a shame you go through them.

Disappointed with the last orders. The quality is not what it used to be. Toys break quickly. Furniture not finished, not sanded on the inside with big splinters... Not easy to have someone on the line.

Easy order and fast delivery.
I am a childminder with 4 two-year-olds. I needed a large table for activities and meals. I chose the small Louisa table but unfortunately, I received the large one. Way too high for the children. What a disappointment to have to wait at least a month for the exchange because it is out of stock!!!
WESCO site and WESCO products are perfect. Delivery is very restrictive: fixed delivery day because the carrier is very far away, obligation by the carrier to be at home between 9 am and 4 pm, as no precise delivery time is provided. I don't know if I will order from WESCO again. Too bad.

A bit disappointed because 2 out of 3 boxes were damaged. Packaging poorly suited to the contents. One artichoke bottle was cut. Its contents had spilled a bit onto the other bottles.
Delivery issues. Order delivered in 3 parts, without the missing products being indicated. Package condition damaged and not suitable for its contents. Order placed on 01/10/2025 and last items received on 02/21/2025.

We have placed several orders with you. For several orders, we had to call customer service because parts of the furniture were damaged (screws lying in the boxes that scratched the furniture, cracked furniture, missing screws). After contacting customer service, I am still waiting for a replacement board that has not yet arrived after 3 weeks of delivery, but I have not heard back. I would not recommend you.
Delivery a bit slow. The announcement seemed unclear: it said 5 pieces and not 5 times 12 pieces of 5 colors.
I ordered a doll! It does not look like the description at all, it is really not pretty. My child likes it anyway, so I give her 20 minutes of play and one part is coming undone... Disappointed. For the rest, I have never had a problem.
