Totally dissatisfied with the delivery times and waiting regarding the colissimo method
3 weeks to be delivered and a part of the order missing at the time of delivery. Fortunately, the return of the missing item was quick.

I am very disappointed, but this is more about the delivery. Being a professional in early childhood, I confidently turned to Wesco for the purchase of a table for the children I care for. So already a very long delivery time, a month (for a table in stock) and then a week delay on the date that was initially indicated to me. And the big surprise, already a very unpleasant delivery person, a box that was open and in very poor condition and especially no legs for the table!!! I had to contact Wesco several times to finally be informed that I would be delivered the missing legs but not before mid-January! So another month and a half later than the top... That said, the top seems to be in good condition and of good quality.
Nothing to say about the delivery
I really like Wesco products but I am disappointed with my last order. Indeed, I did not receive one of the ordered products and my daughter will not have it for Christmas. No solution was proposed before this date.
The products are very good. However, the preparation was very long (8 working days and not 48 hours as indicated on the site) and delivery was very slow (4 days). And no information was available on the site. Moreover, the package arrived open with slightly damaged item packaging.
Long delivery and disappointed with the quality of the bibs ordered despite a high price. As a professional in early childhood, I thought I would find better quality on the site. Not sure about placing a new order.

Improvements need to be made regarding claims when packages are incorrectly marked as delivered. No direct link on the site related to the order. No response to an email.

Long delivery
We had requested that the package be delivered on Friday. It was delivered on Thursday and we were not at home which complicated its reception

Had major difficulties ordering for a town hall... My order was canceled without contacting me. Not to mention the delays due to the cancellation of my order. At this time, my order is marked as delivered... But I don't know where because I don't have it!!!!!! I open at 9 am, there was an attempt yesterday at 6:45 am!!!!!! and today at 8:26 am... where it is marked delivered but the town hall was not open!!!!!!

Difficult order to place and long delivery
Package received without a box, in plastic with a hole, not easy for gift wrapping, the carrier came 2 times, the package was supposed to be delivered to my mom who is 80 years old and not mobile, my partner had to meet him because the delivery person stopped 300m from the home otherwise he would have had to make a detour. The packaging and delivery are not top-notch, I haven't opened the plastic yet, I hope nothing is damaged. I have not received the second package.

The delivery date proposed by Wesco at the time of the order and confirmed by care was not respected. It occurred on November 19 instead of the 14th. The rug could therefore not be given on time. Furthermore, the large cardboard box arrived open due to a clear lack of tape. The rug was therefore soiled on the concerned side. The delivery person took the time to check with us the complete condition of the rug.

The images/photos with people using them do not reflect the actual size of the ball. For me, they do not match. I expected each ball to be one size larger. Otherwise, the ball itself is good.

Quality furniture, customer service needs improvement (I called for order follow-up, the lady on the phone was unpleasant and supposedly unable to send me the email I should have received upon shipment, which did not arrive) I had to send a message via Facebook for a competent person to respond to my request.
The order arrived in two parts, without any justification from Wesco. I had to send an email to ask for an explanation upon receiving the first part as there was no delivery note or other explanatory documents. Moreover, the dates and opening days of the service, despite the precision in the email, were not respected for the delivery: the order was therefore left in a hallway after being received by an outsider.
The customer service takes at least 3 to 4 days to respond to questions, so it's slow, but otherwise the material is great for my work (childcare assistant).
Disappointed by some items given their price, I expected better quality.
Delivery times not respected
The package almost never arrived. I wanted to send it to a Colissimo relay. It was stamped as 'private shipment' and not 'relay shipment'. This created a misdirection error, I had to claim with the post office for it to be found and redirected.
Package in good condition, arrived in two parts and ahead of schedule despite an agreement with a person from the service regarding a date. Fortunately, there was someone to receive the packages
