Carrier needs to be reviewed. Major dysfunction during delivery.
Delivery time too long The delivery date announced at the time of the order is not at all the delivery date. Date announced at the time of the order was September 2. Then an email saying from September 9 due to the Olympics, resulting in a final delivery on September 20. If I had known from the start about such a delay, I would surely have ordered elsewhere as I needed it as a childminder.
2 defective items! Customer service unreachable by phone.
Products conform to the order, but the package was damaged upon delivery
Scheduled delivery between August 16 and 18. Excuse of the Olympics for not shipping it. Need to send an email to ensure that the postponed delivery in mid-September happens before the Paralympic Games to hope to receive it before the start of the school year. Thanks to the person who acted quickly.
The site was often down when I wanted to track my package.

The navigation on the site is quite good. But I couldn't get someone on the phone, it never answers! and by email, no one replied to me either regarding a problem with stains on the wall mattresses ordered for a nursery!! Given your prices, I find this outrageous!
It's good material, no worries. Only, the delivery was made on the day of the start of school. For beds for the students, it's not ideal for the teacher and her ASEM to prepare. I had to call Wesco to be delivered urgently on Monday morning. The delivery person kindly dropped the box in the classroom.
Nothing to report
No issues with the site and placing an order, however, there was a delay in delivery that we can understand but our structure was closing for the holidays, we had clearly indicated this and we were still delivered during our absence without being informed. No one called us to let us know that our delivery had been delivered elsewhere.
I placed an order at the beginning of July for my son's return to school. Delivery time 4 weeks okay. But the day before the presumed delivery, I receive an email indicating a delay in delivery. Fortunately, I contacted customer service who informed me that the model is no longer available. I was able to purchase another similar item. But no email to inform about the cessation of production of this item.
The ordering system is not suitable for professionals (schools). It is difficult to order without going through an online purchase. An order via phone and the accompanying advice would be more practical than ineffective searches.
Initially, it's a beautiful, thick, and sturdy table; unfortunately, it arrived crushed on one corner. I am still waiting for a response from Wesco... Otherwise, I think it's really great for the little ones I welcome thanks to its adjustable legs.
Terrible material and the elastics are way too thin, in 2 minutes the assistants will break them.

Very disappointed, I ordered chalk (among other things) that arrived broken and in pieces. Coincidentally, we cannot make a complaint for this item (well, that would be too easy!).
Hello, The site is great, the speed of quotes is also good, and the products are of quality. However, deliveries need to be reviewed, as the tracking showed that the packages were delivered on an inaccurate date and time because they arrived the next day, and a signature was provided that is neither mine nor that of the community. We were given a delivery date that could not be respected. Our structure only opens 2 days a week (Wednesday and Saturday). This forced us to leave a note for the delivery person to leave the package in a lobby because we could not be present every day, at all times as we are just volunteers. The handle of a game box is damaged.
Ordering via the site is not very practical.
The wooden discs are of at least two colors, there are several stains on some discs. Having seen this product elsewhere, I am very disappointed. I don't see how with acrylic paint, we will make this gift pretty. Moreover, the discs are of any size.

Packaging with a simple plastic bag, so some modules arrived dirty, others damaged! Moreover, there was an error with one of the ordered products, I did not receive the correct one. Bad experience!
Some games are expensive and of mediocre quality
Knowing the products already, they will surely be very good, but I still need to receive them!! Their delivery service is very poor with very bad reviews online. And their customer service is unreachable...
Some issues with the delivery which was announced for a certain date and we were delivered 3 weeks later without even being notified. We made several calls but no clear answers were given, and no precise dates could be communicated to us. In the end, we were given a date and ultimately we were delivered the next day without being informed once again. Additionally, we received the first part of the order which had to be returned because it was damaged during transport, and to this day we still have no news about it. Very poor communication between customer service and the delivery service. Otherwise, apart from that, the received products are compliant. The assembly instructions for the furniture are just very poorly detailed and not easy to understand for novices in the field.
I did not receive the easel
The delivery with GLS went very badly; late order; address problem that could only be resolved 48 hours after my call; ultimately a delivery thrown over a fence with the delivery person's signature instead of mine. Wesco should really change delivery companies to maintain its credibility with its customers.
Good but some issues with delivery
Fast shipping but no feedback on a reception issue...
Packaging was poorly done. Items inside the box were not secured. Result: a box of 50 small gel tubes was torn open, tubes scattered with some missing their caps. This is the first time I received a Wesco package like this!
