Fast delivery.

Quality furniture, customer service needs improvement (I called for order follow-up, the lady on the phone was unpleasant and supposedly unable to send me the email I should have received upon shipment, which did not arrive) I had to send a message via Facebook for a competent person to respond to my request.

Everything went very well, I find that the quality of the products is up to par. A small downside on one of the packages regarding the stackable beds, as some screws were missing.

Almost 2 months of waiting to receive my package. And the plaster received is not the one ordered! I admit to being very disappointed.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I do not recommend: the item does not work, plus the customer service is unreachable and the return is at your expense.

I give 4 stars because there is room for improvement regarding the packaging of the parcel, which is too easily opened on the sides without needing to be torn, allowing for too easy theft of the contents; the packaging cardboard needs to be reviewed.

Very satisfied with my order. I easily found the products I was looking for on the site. And the delivery was made even before the scheduled date. I recommend.

The order arrived in two parts, without any justification from Wesco. I had to send an email to ask for an explanation upon receiving the first part as there was no delivery note or other explanatory documents. Moreover, the dates and opening days of the service, despite the precision in the email, were not respected for the delivery: the order was therefore left in a hallway after being received by an outsider.

Very good product! The color is very nice, my little ones adopted it very quickly.

The customer service takes at least 3 to 4 days to respond to questions, so it's slow, but otherwise the material is great for my work (childcare assistant).

Hello, I commend your speed and I am ready to recommend other colleagues to consult your site for purchasing activity materials for children.

The package almost never arrived. I wanted to send it to a Colissimo relay. It was stamped as 'private shipment' and not 'relay shipment'. This created a misdirection error, I had to claim with the post office for it to be found and redirected.

No issues, order received on time, material as described.
