I do not recommend
Very disappointed. The delivery of the bed frame was not made to the indicated address and I still do not have the mattress.
The bottle of gouache opened during transport and spilled in the box, I sent an email with photos to inform Wesco, still no response to this day...
The GLS delivery person came to me without a mask and got angry when I asked him to put one on. He gave me 2 packages, one of which, I realized upon opening, does not belong to me. The delivery person struggled to take it back from me, claiming that the recipient's label was indeed in my name. When I asked him how to find my missing package, he told me it was not his problem, that it was up to me to sort it out with GLS, and that he only worked for this company during the day due to their workload. Since then, I am still waiting for my package...
The pacifier received does not match the shape or color of the one ordered on your site. Avoid!
A broken bed leg, I do not recommend, despite the fast delivery
We are still waiting for our order that we placed on 17/03 and which was supposedly delivered. I hope to change my mind when we have actually received our order.
I still haven't received my order and can no longer access my order tracking.
To place the order I had to call Wesco: I could not correctly choose the type of shipment. On the scheduled delivery date, the product was not delivered. I paid to be delivered in two days that is to say on Wednesday and on Tuesday evening I received a message indicating that the delivery would indeed be on Wednesday. On Wednesday no one arrives and everything is postponed to Friday. I then call Wesco to confirm for Friday morning (I need the product for Friday afternoon), they confirm it to me and 5 minutes later I receive a message that moves the delivery to Saturday. I then had to personally call the post office to ask them to reschedule the delivery for Friday. When the product finally arrives on Friday it is not the one I saw on the Wesco site and I have to call them again to ask for the correct product. In response, they tell me to write an email and today I am still waiting for a response.
Package sent to an address I do not know
After the order, I did not receive any information about the progress of my order and even after contacting customer service by email, I never received a response. Not knowing this website or the brand, I eventually wondered if the site was reliable and if I would really receive anything. I only received a text a few days before delivery, but I remained in doubt for several weeks. Since the item was a birth gift made by several people, I was even more worried about the order. This is the last time I order from this site: too long delays and no information.
Big delivery problem. Package supposedly lost... I had a lot of trouble getting my order. No compensation from Wesco.

Packaging not suitable for the size of the products: boxes too large. Damaged boxes. One product missing but noted as delivered. Apparently, a box was ripped during transport and the product was lost.
Package picked up at the post office opened, with damaged and missing parts
The products are compliant but I received them in a completely torn and open package, it was the post office that put tape so the products wouldn't fall out. I have photos available. Under these conditions, I think I will no longer order from WESCO. Best regards
Very disappointed partly because of the two-month waiting period, which is very long, and there was damage to one of the plates that were more dug out, but if I return it, when will the return be! Very disappointed for the price which is relatively high
Copy of the email sent and still unanswered to this day. It is December 26, a month after the order was placed, and my grandson did not receive the gift for Christmas even though you committed to deliver between December 21 and 23, 2020. This situation generates complete dissatisfaction and is the opposite of the joy we were supposed to create around him while we could not be present that day by his side. Your attitude, given that we trusted you a month in advance, is unacceptable. I find this process perverse and harmful as we wanted to create joy in our grandson's home. Delivery made, but it does not match the order
We pay a lot to have it delivered to us... but that's false!! You have to go to the collection point!!! Change the delivery service!

Delivery times are extremely long! Order placed on 11/8, product in stock on the site. Email stating that the order has been delivered (it was the presentation catalog) then no news, as of today 12/9 they still do not know when I will be delivered, first and last time I order from them.
My boxes arrived with a 1-day delay, 48h and 72h later. The boxes were open and the paint exploded. Not satisfied at all.
Terrible! If there had been a zero, that would have been my rating. We were informed that the package would be delivered on December 1st. On the 2nd, we received a message that it would not be delivered to the chosen pickup point, then nothing more. It's not that complicated to send an email to say that the package is waiting at the post office and not in our mailbox as stated on your site.
I had a delivery problem with my last order, the package was therefore returned to your services; I called immediately to know the procedure and was told I had to make a complaint. This was done but unfortunately without being warned my order was canceled and refunded. And I was waiting for a return! Second call, very bad phone contact, disrespectful and borderline arrogant... I think I won't come back after this last order!
Since Wednesday, I have been waiting for a response regarding a world map (Christmas gift) that arrived heavily damaged... Lost email, phone call where I was asked to fill out a questionnaire instead of offering to resolve my issue... still no response. Yet in case of product defects, the site indicates a processing time of 24 hours! Anyway, is my child going to have a Christmas gift or not? If you order, it's at your own risk. Not at all satisfied... boxes of opened packages and damaged products arrived. Missing screws reported to customer service with no response to date. Changing table not practical at all regarding height and product also arrived damaged. Too expensive for the quality. I do not recommend.
I ordered a bunk bed that arrived damaged last Thursday and the after-sales service has still not processed my request. Apparently, you have to wait about ten days before processing. No follow-up. Very disappointed.
