I would have liked to be able to order paint bottles individually and choose my colors.
Delivery times are extremely long! Order placed on 11/8, product in stock on the site. Email stating that the order has been delivered (it was the presentation catalog) then no news, as of today 12/9 they still do not know when I will be delivered, first and last time I order from them.
My boxes arrived with a 1-day delay, 48h and 72h later. The boxes were open and the paint exploded. Not satisfied at all.
Terrible! If there had been a zero, that would have been my rating. We were informed that the package would be delivered on December 1st. On the 2nd, we received a message that it would not be delivered to the chosen pickup point, then nothing more. It's not that complicated to send an email to say that the package is waiting at the post office and not in our mailbox as stated on your site.
I had a delivery problem with my last order, the package was therefore returned to your services; I called immediately to know the procedure and was told I had to make a complaint. This was done but unfortunately without being warned my order was canceled and refunded. And I was waiting for a return! Second call, very bad phone contact, disrespectful and borderline arrogant... I think I won't come back after this last order!
Since Wednesday, I have been waiting for a response regarding a world map (Christmas gift) that arrived heavily damaged... Lost email, phone call where I was asked to fill out a questionnaire instead of offering to resolve my issue... still no response. Yet in case of product defects, the site indicates a processing time of 24 hours! Anyway, is my child going to have a Christmas gift or not? If you order, it's at your own risk. The little consumer is not taken into account. Non-existent customer service

Not at all satisfied... boxes of opened packages and damaged products arrived. Missing screws reported to customer service with no response to date. Changing table not practical at all regarding height and product also arrived damaged. Too expensive for the quality. I do not recommend.
I ordered a bunk bed that arrived damaged last Thursday and the after-sales service has still not processed my request. Apparently, you have to wait about ten days before processing. No follow-up. Very disappointed.

If I could give 0 stars, I would gladly do so. Product arrived damaged, no customer service, fictitious customer service that responds a week later by email without apologizing for the inconvenience caused, offering you an 'exceptional' commercial gesture which is nothing more than classic after-sales service, to send you a product while asking a carrier to come pick up the damaged product without exchange until it is received by them. (really complicated logistics) Imagine the waiting time to enjoy your product for which they have already cashed the amount. 'Rather than simply sending the product back with a carrier who delivers the product in exchange for the damaged product.' Go figure! The customer is not at all at the center of Wesco's concerns (no customer service by phone, customer service that knows nothing and doesn't want to know anything). So if everything goes well, no worries, but if you have the misfortune of having a problem with your order, I wish you very good luck. A word to the wise!
The bed arrived broken. Very poorly packaged so it must have been damaged during transport. It takes 10 days just for my request to be processed by customer service. And I don't even know what Wesco will do. My son is left without a bed in the meantime... Very disappointed!
Hello, I received my order with the two broken wardrobe sides!! I tried to contact customer service but got no response. I sent an email but still no reply. I am eagerly waiting to know how to proceed to get two new sides!!!!!! Thank you
Several emails sent to customer service for damaged products received without any response... indeed, when we see the delivery people throwing the merchandise and dragging it on the ground... Will I be contacted one day to find a solution for compensation??

I had several advisors on the phone who were very unfriendly. I asked for help to make a quote (for €600) and was told that the colors 'N' do not exist without even looking, even though I insisted that I was sure I had seen that color before... I asked about delivery times and was told nonsense as if they wanted to dissuade me from my order, I don't understand... I spoke to 3 different people on the phone and it was the same each time. Fortunately, I was able to place my order myself; it's a shame this company has beautiful products, I'm now waiting for the receipt...

Book received VERY damaged in impeccable packaging - so defective packaging (spine crushed and crumpled hardcover).
Delivery problem where supposedly I refused the delivery and the color I chose was multi-color, but in the end there are only 2 colors and they are dull, orange with gray.
Order for a rug lost along the way and it's up to us to deal with the carrier... Then we receive an email saying that there is no rug in our order... Total, 3 weeks of waiting and a delivery person who gives us a time slot from 8am to 6pm... No apologies and not a word.... Shameful

I already sent you an email notifying my disappointment regarding the state of my order!!! Very disappointed!!! It’s not the products I criticize... one of the disinfectant bottles completely emptied and damaged my paper towel roll and gloves!!! Useless!!! The rest was soaked but after washing, it lost that smell that had settled everywhere!!!
