Terrible! If there had been a zero, that would have been my rating. We were informed that the package would be delivered on December 1st. On the 2nd, we received a message that it would not be delivered to the chosen pickup point, then nothing more. It's not that complicated to send an email to say that the package is waiting at the post office and not in our mailbox as stated on your site.

If I could give 0 stars, I would gladly do so. Product arrived damaged, no customer service, fictitious customer service that responds a week later by email without apologizing for the inconvenience caused, offering you an 'exceptional' commercial gesture which is nothing more than classic after-sales service, to send you a product while asking a carrier to come pick up the damaged product without exchange until it is received by them. (really complicated logistics) Imagine the waiting time to enjoy your product for which they have already cashed the amount. 'Rather than simply sending the product back with a carrier who delivers the product in exchange for the damaged product.' Go figure! The customer is not at all at the center of Wesco's concerns (no customer service by phone, customer service that knows nothing and doesn't want to know anything).
