Product arrived damaged, no customer service, fictitious customer service that responds a week later by email without apologizing for the inconvenience caused, offering you an 'exceptional' commercial gesture which is nothing more than classic after-sales service, to send you a product while asking a carrier to come pick up the damaged product without exchange until it is received by them. (really complicated logistics) Imagine the waiting time to enjoy your product for which they have already cashed the amount.
