Usually I am satisfied but there were 3 liters of gouache missing from the order we placed that were not in the package. The after-sales service has still not responded to me.
Order received very late compared to the indicated date and the music note is not great. The winder is very hard to wind for an adult and impossible for a child. Disappointed with my purchase, a bit high in price.

I did not receive my entire order. I called Wesco, then made a complaint online (which I was asked to do following my call) and I still have no information regarding the shipment of the missing item from my order.
Item arrived with many scratches and small dents which is unacceptable for a package supposed to be new given the price!
Not very clear when it's out of stock. It should indicate unavailable.
The site is complete but not intuitive enough
I had to contact customer service regarding my order, I was very poorly received by a very unfriendly and unpleasant person. Having placed an order of nearly €4000, I expected better quality customer service. Furthermore, the site states a 48-hour delivery for products marked in stock, but I was told that this did not apply to large orders. It would be good to clarify this. I received my order in 11 days.
The only regret every time is the lack of promotions for childminders and the transport which is really long...
Wesco bed: unbearable plastic smell. I had the plastic smell in my mouth, sore eyes, and my whole apartment smelled. I had to give the bed to someone who could air it outside. This is unacceptable; my baby is sleeping on the floor without a bed in the meantime. No response from customer service for over 15 days. Is this plastic toxic? Endocrine disruptor? In any case, as an adult, it makes me sick. I reported it to the DGCRF.

I know the quality of Wesco, but when you receive modules with screws that were loose in the box. Too bad. Moreover, I sent a message to customer service because when screwing the 4 corners of the front face without a module, the screws were too long and damaged the front. Still no news from them. We contacted customer service after receiving the product. The harness was not secured, thrown loosely in a transparent package. The instructions... 2 drawings. Our son has a very rare genetic disease, he has very severe hypotonia at 3 years old, he is below the height and weight curves and is almost a vegetable. Bought on the advice of our physiotherapist... The harness is not compliant, it is not attached to any fastening on the back. Nothing is done to keep it in place. It's as if it were suspenders, with the straps hanging on either side of the back of the chair. For safety, it's 0 and no response from customer service. (The 2 stars are just for the size of the chair). If anyone wants to respond to us, we are here, because this silence is astonishing for medical equipment.
Very practical site and impeccable product quality, however delivered quickly but in completely defective packaging that didn't even protect the chair, which is very unfortunate.
