It is still particularly astonishing to receive a phone call from the public school located 2 km from ours saying that the package was delivered to them!!! + Obligation to go pick up the package during school hours!!!
Customer service is a disaster, not up to the demand. Never ordering from them again, received a bad package, a whole bunch of procedures to do knowing it's their fault.
Customer service is deplorable. What can I say about my order: missing, damaged, incorrect products... I contacted customer service to correct these errors, and it turned out to be a real obstacle course. I received several responses to the same email that contradicted each other. Slow and bad faith customer service: I had to follow up several times and send photos of the items they sent me to prove that they were not the references I ordered. I received my order in early May, today is June 14 and I am still waiting for a sheet of stickers. What SLOWNESS! Relatively expensive site, on some products we can see price differences of up to €10 compared to competitors.
I ordered months ago and still haven't received anything. I receive emails saying that the shipment has been made, contradicted by the customer service that I call regularly. In the end, I ordered in early March, and it's mid-June and still nothing. This is definitely the last time I order from Wesco!
I am quite irritated, it has been almost fifty days since I ordered two chairs and I STILL have not received them.
We received a product that did not match the description, namely a bed made mainly of raw plywood when the only composition mentioned was 'solid beech'. Customer service did not want to take back the product and has obviously corrected the erroneous description of their product since, this kind of practice is frankly detestable and I regret having trusted this company.

I am shocked by the lack of professionalism of your delivery system, their handling of ongoing operations and those completed on their site, and the contact with their delivery person. The package was supposed to be delivered on the 20th, a call from the delivery person that we missed (no message). The reason for non-delivery on the site, additional address needed... We made a second delivery request (same address, we only have one). The delivery was supposed to be made on the GLS site on the 23rd. I called the delivery person who told me he had not loaded anything, had not found our address on his GPS on the 20th, citing a different but nearby address, namely 'chemin du pont de la cagne' instead of our address 'chemin de la Cagne'. Nothing yesterday on the package tracking site. I tried to call GLS without success after an endless wait. This morning, a call from the delivery person who was downstairs at my place (apparently he must have changed GPS or entered the correct address) and refused to come up to my place with a 13m3 utility vehicle, a sloped concrete path that all delivery people take (yesterday a 16m3 came to deliver me a desk). I mentioned to the delivery person that I had a caravan at home, which he could see, and he told me verbatim in a tone from the beginning bordering on correction and this time aggressive 'well do you want your package yes or no.....' By the time I went down to meet him, my package was left at the entrance of the path and he was already turning around. I did not electronically sign any delivery slip, the coronavirus was mentioned by the window while turning around, which may be a precautionary measure that I understand. Going on the GLS site this morning, all delivery operations are validated for the 24th, including that the package was at the delivery agency yesterday, for an email from them dated May 20: Thank you for your trust. Your package 00DDLE58 will be delivered on the specified date March 23, 2020 at this address*: 3900 CHEMIN DE LA CAGNE 06640 ST JEANNET France Same address, same delivery person. Your company works with the delivery company Heppner, which is very difficult to compete with in terms of incompetence. The refund is pending because according to customer service, the return of the merchandise has not yet been made. Not only did I not receive my order, but I also have to wait for it to be returned to be refunded. This is not normal!

The paint batch was not in the package and still no response following the complaint. We ordered from Wesco because the delivery is fast, but ultimately we do not know when we will receive the paint!
Really disappointed. It was the first time I worked with Wesco, but I think it will be the last. They do not respect deadlines and especially do not inform the customer. A carpet ordered on December 6 received on January 9!!!!! I was the one who had to call to find out where my order was, even though they had my mobile and email address. And on top of that, I received the carpet by carrier in a simple plastic bag that could have been damaged during transport. When I called, I was barely received and not even a word of apology for the delay. No, really not commercial.
I was asked during my order when I wanted to be delivered. I selected between January 10 and 14. I was delivered in two parts on January 15 and 16. The box containing the mosaics and the abacuses arrived open, torn and not taped. One of the three panels of the caterpillar arrived without a box, in bubble wrap, and the tape stained the wood of the game. I spent 1.5 hours removing the glue with different products and a cutter blade, unfortunately, there are still traces.
Unhappy, Wesco did not take into account the color choice of the ordered carpet. We therefore have a carpet that does not suit us.

Very disappointed to discover upon opening the packages that the items are not necessarily from the WESCO brand, and that they mostly come from China. In my opinion, this is therefore misleading advertising. Wesco is therefore a reseller, and this should be specified for each product.

A long story, you can move a truck to deliver an order that is actually just a catalog and a letter telling me that my toy is actually not available. I received it 3 weeks later after several complaints, I received my order.
The item I received did not match the item in the catalog at all. Customer service acknowledged their mistake. I requested a refund due to their error and received a credit note. So I am not very happy.
Navigation on the site is okay. Delivery a bit long. And there was an error on the order, a speaker instead of a Tibetan bowl!

No order tracking or transport monitoring. Package arrived at the wrong address without Wesco notifying. Fortunately, the caretaker who mistakenly received the package informed me!! Otherwise, I would still be waiting and Wesco would tell me that I received it!! No compensation for retrieving the package. Received the mirror with a big chip on one of the edges in laminated material while the packaging was intact. Very difficult to get Wesco to replace it. Customer satisfaction does not seem to be their priority.
I received my packages wrapped in a patchwork of boxes held together by tape in all directions. Obviously, a good quantity of my order was missing, namely 22 packs of plasticine received out of 30 paid for and 17 balls received out of 20 paid for; The modeling clay packs were damaged from being mishandled during transport. I tried to call Wesco but no one answered. I sent an email without a response for now (3 days ago).
Chairs arrived just wrapped in thin plastic, not even bubble wrap, and without cardboard packaging. One of the chairs was broken at a corner. I returned the product.
