Wesco bed: unbearable plastic smell. I had the plastic smell in my mouth, sore eyes, and my whole apartment smelled. I had to give the bed to someone who could air it outside. This is unacceptable; my baby is sleeping on the floor without a bed in the meantime. No response from customer service for over 15 days. Is this plastic toxic? Endocrine disruptor? We contacted customer service after receiving the product. The harness was not secured, thrown loosely in a transparent package. The instructions... 2 drawings. Our son has a very rare genetic disease, he has very severe hypotonia at 3 years old, he is below the height and weight curves and is almost a vegetable. Bought on the advice of our physiotherapist... The harness is not compliant, it is not attached to any fastening on the back. Nothing is done to keep it in place. It's as if it were suspenders, with the straps hanging on either side of the back of the chair. For safety, it's 0 and no response from customer service. (The 2 stars are just for the size of the chair). If anyone wants to respond to us, we are here, because this silence is astonishing for medical equipment.
