The site is complete but not intuitive enough
I had to contact customer service regarding my order, I was very poorly received by a very unfriendly and unpleasant person. Having placed an order of nearly €4000, I expected better quality customer service. Furthermore, the site states a 48-hour delivery for products marked in stock, but I was told that this did not apply to large orders. It would be good to clarify this. I received my order in 11 days.
The only regret every time is the lack of promotions for childminders and the transport which is really long...
Wesco bed: unbearable plastic smell. I had the plastic smell in my mouth, sore eyes, and my whole apartment smelled. I had to give the bed to someone who could air it outside. This is unacceptable; my baby is sleeping on the floor without a bed in the meantime. No response from customer service for over 15 days. Is this plastic toxic? Endocrine disruptor? In any case, as an adult, it makes me sick. I reported it to the DGCRF.

I know the quality of Wesco, but when you receive modules with screws that were loose in the box. Too bad. Moreover, I sent a message to customer service because when screwing the 4 corners of the front face without a module, the screws were too long and damaged the front. Still no news from them. The site is very good but the sit-stand chair, it's not clear that it doesn't have wheels.
We contacted customer service after receiving the product. The harness was not secured, thrown loosely in a transparent package. The instructions... 2 drawings. Our son has a very rare genetic disease, he has very severe hypotonia at 3 years old, he is below the height and weight curves and is almost a vegetable. Bought on the advice of our physiotherapist... The harness is not compliant, it is not attached to any fastening on the back. Nothing is done to keep it in place. It's as if it were suspenders, with the straps hanging on either side of the back of the chair. For safety, it's 0 and no response from customer service. (The 2 stars are just for the size of the chair). If anyone wants to respond to us, we are here, because this silence is astonishing for medical equipment.
Very practical site and impeccable product quality, however delivered quickly but in completely defective packaging that didn't even protect the chair, which is very unfortunate.
There was a problem with the delivery. We are 2 agents working in a mobile relay, so there is not always staff present in the relay offices. The delivery was scheduled between Tuesday the 13th and Thursday the 15th. I also requested that we be called beforehand. I did not receive a call and the delivery arrived a day earlier, on Monday the 12th in the morning when no staff member was present (as they were working elsewhere). A childminder present in the premises (with our permission) wanted to help by accepting the delivery, but the delivery person spoke rudely to her, using the informal 'tu', because he wanted a stamp on his delivery note. (The childminder, not being an employee of the relay, could not provide it). This delivery outside the scheduled delivery dates therefore created difficulties.
The deadlines were met, but it would have been wise to indicate on the product detail sheet that the balloons were not inflated. I will need to find a way to inflate them.

The delivery person left the packages in front of the building entrance without notifying a staff member of the collective daycare, even though there are 4 intercoms available. The packages could have been picked up by anyone passing by.

Hello, I have always been satisfied with your products. But this time, I was disappointed with the activity table. The assembly is complicated, not all the holes were drilled, two slats were too short. For the price it costs, I think the table could have been assembled in advance except for the legs. Easy navigation on the site, the assembly videos are interesting. Fast delivery but beware, no protective packaging for transport which can cause damage to the products.
4 days waiting for a GLS carrier to finally have my package delivered to my mailbox.... I am a childminder and for my 4 little ones (and their parents) it is difficult to understand that we are stuck inside because a carrier does not do their job. If I recommend Wesco, it will be on the condition that the package is sent to a relay point. Now I hope these balls will last longer than the glitter balls we bought 4 years ago for our association.
Regarding the site, nothing to say except that if a product is not available, it should be indicated. As for the item, nothing to say except that my order dates back to November 22 and I only received the missing item the day before yesterday (February 23) without any apology, gift, or additional item for the wait or inconvenience caused, despite having followed up with them. Moreover, Wesco sent me emails indicating delivery times or receipt dates that were not respected. A shame!!! I will not recommend and I do not recommend it. Not even a commercial gesture. Nothing.

The order I placed is not the one I received. After more than 3 weeks of discussions, I am offered a credit note that does not work as payment on the site. I have to write a check or make a transfer that does not work below 100 euros of order. Very very complicated for an online order. I am disappointed.
The site is slow, every time we want to go back or see another product, the site does not remember what we just saw and we have to retype the product name. The pages take a long time to load. I wanted to have my quote validated by the treasurer of my association, he could not do it, he had to redo a quote for himself to be able to validate the order. The delivery instructions were not transmitted to the carrier. He arrived days before the scheduled date and did not call me to inform me of his arrival, so he had to leave it in front of the door (with my agreement) because I could not be present to receive it.
I chose delivery by CHRONOPOST paying an extra cost of €15.90 for home delivery on 20/12/2022, and in fact, the delivery took place on 26/12 ... after Christmas ... This is the reason for my dissatisfaction. I would appreciate a refund of €15.90 as a goodwill gesture ...
