Very long delivery times (several weeks) and 1 item: delivery postponed... then a call to confirm the delivery day but not the time: a range between 8 am and 6 pm I am told. Bravo!!! You have to take a day off to receive the item....

Your order contained non-eligible products which explains why you could not benefit from free delivery.
