I did not receive the ordered model (White, received gray) and my email went unanswered... When it comes to reaching you by phone... mission impossible! It's not a big deal for you, we've already paid!
Still waiting for a lost package... I absolutely need it for November 25th and customer service: 0 except to tell me they will find this package but when!!?? I would have imagined that they would have been more accommodating with the nurseries!!! Too bad Mathou will have better quality service and instead of searching they would have resent me the package (value 29€...)

The delivery of my package regarding a new standard cot 130 by 54 had two issues. The first is that the delivery person did not have my precise address even though I mentioned it on my account, he could not deliver to me yesterday. The second is that my package arrived with a very damaged box. The cot is slightly damaged. I wish to send you photos. The delivery by Collissimo that I paid dearly for to be delivered quickly arrived three days late compared to the expected date! One of the packages was incomplete: I only received one bottle of red gouache out of the 5 bottles I paid for!!! I called to complain but couldn't reach anyone. I wrote a complaint email and still have no response after 6 days!!
Chair received broken. The packaging does not protect the chair. I can't reach customer service. Otherwise, the chair meets my expectations.
I never received the order and the refund is taking a long time...
I waited 3 weeks to receive a mat that was not the one I ordered 60/120 instead of 130/130. I therefore refused the package and was told that my case would be processed in 2 weeks. I notice a lack of professionalism. A mistake can happen, but the least you can do is correct it as quickly as possible.
Non-respect of delivery times. 2 months delay, no email to inform about the shipment. I sent an email 3 weeks after the initial delivery date to ask what was going on and I NEVER received a response from customer service. My order was indeed small as I am just a private individual, but I find that absolutely disrespectful!! I am therefore totally disappointed with Wesco.
Order placed with 3 items available within a week. Everything was delivered 6 weeks later!!!!! And this beyond the agreement of our establishment. We will therefore have to conduct another check! Very random response, no date, no commercial gesture. Table tops scratched, anti-finger pinch cracked. My two establishments as well as those part of our group will think about another supplier.
Error with the item on your part and a minimum 15-day wait for customer service processing is lamentable

The packaging of the order was poorly done, the postal service's colisimo reported a package incident and refused to take charge of the package. I have had no feedback from Wesco regarding this issue. I tried to contact customer service by email, and to this day, several weeks after my order which has indeed been debited, I still have no news! A nightmare.

Regarding the ordered product, nothing to say but I am very disappointed regarding the delivery because for an order placed on a Thursday having paid €14.90 for express delivery in 24h, the package only arrived on Monday! And when we ask for explanations and a refund of the delivery costs from customer service, there is no one and no response! Really not serious! Therefore, this is the first and last time I will use this site because there are much cheaper and much more serious options elsewhere.

Since I became a customer at Wesco, this is the first time I am very disappointed with my order. Not because of the product or quality but because of the lack of communication. Indeed, an order placed on 27/07 received on 10 September....... that's a long time especially when it's for my professional activity. A commercial gesture on a future order would have been appreciated.
Delivery deadlines not met and customer service unreachable. The item failed me for my child's return to school and no commercial gesture was proposed to apologize for the inconvenience. I will not place any more orders with this company.
I ordered on 02 09 19 and received it on 12 09 19. I find that a bit long.
Very disappointed with the delivery! We are asked to choose a day and a time (a time slot) which I find great, so I block a morning on purpose and in the end, nothing! No visit, no news... I call several times but all the advisors are busy so I send an email and I receive a call 3 hours later while I have left home.. And then I am offered a delivery not before the next day and I am told that one package out of the 2 is missing... Anyway... Disappointed

No response justifying such a delay in delivery has been provided to me, which says a lot about the internal order management... apologies would have been welcome! You promise to keep us informed and prioritize our order... then silence! This purchase left a very bitter taste, I will obviously never return, and I will share my experience with a large community. Order never delivered by the carrier and Wesco completely shifts the blame onto them. A complaint was made to the company responsible for the delivery but so far no news. The least they could do is issue a refund!
One month delay
Order waited 2 months, no updates on delivery information. No phone appointment in advance, mediocre product packaging, unpleasant carrier.... In short, product more expensive compared to the market for a service at this level, I will not order anything again.
The delivery from this site is a nightmare... order canceled by Wesco without reason or notifying me, then delivery scheduled by the delivery person on a different day than the chosen day. In short, I took 2 days off to never receive my item... I ended up canceling my order! I am also very disappointed with the customer service which is not attentive at all. Too bad because the products seem to be of very good quality

Disappointed !!!! supposedly scheduled delivery option ???? my package arrived 3 days earlier than I requested (I was on vacation) and especially it was delivered to a neighbor I do not know! BRAVO !!!!!!!!
GLS announced that my package was delivered on May 2, it is now May 13 and I still have nothing... It's for the nursery, Mother's Day, and it's delaying many activities.
