Package not delivered on time, never received and returned to sender. And of course I was charged.

Response from WonderCity

Dear Guillaume, we're really sorry about this bad experience. The tracking of your parcel indicates that on 24/12 at 12h22, the deliveryman called you on 0647XXXX10 and that you instructed him to leave the parcel at a relay point. However, despite our reminders, you never picked up the parcel at the tobacconist's, whose address and times you were given. This is why the parcel was finally returned to us yesterday. We will contact you today to refund you or send you a new parcel if you wish.

Not disappointed with my order. Very nice figurines arrived in a neat package. Order made for christmas but arrived after, what a shame! Problem with Chronopost shipment. In festive period it's excusable.

the service is great the products that arrive are what you ordered and the prices are competitive, only point for which I do not put 5 stars is that if you pay with paypal you are charged a fee albeit small (just over 1.8€)on the final bill. however a positive shopping experience.

The order went well as did the delivery cpdt the figurine although intact had quite a few paint defects (the holidays imminent I could not return) so I had to repaint myself some parts it's a shame given the cost of products they are not impeccable.for the rest nothing to say.

Response from WonderCity

Dear Margot, thank you very much for your order and we apologize for any inconvenience. The items in the Disney Traditions range are hand-painted and made using techniques that exalt the slightly "rough" and woody aspect, sometimes showing "imperfections" which are above all the sign of authentic handiwork. Whatever the case, we'll exchange or refund any item, no questions asked, and return shipping is free. Our priority is your 100% satisfaction.
