I've been buying Willow Tree figurines on the site for several years (over thirty) and I've never had any problems. Speed of dispatch, packaging, condition of items....nothing to say except ... complete confidence.

The shipping service is top-notch, and the prices are cool. Just some awkward communication with some of the people in charge of the facebook page, bordering on rudeness, a shame because the rest is pretty nice and there are no stupid questions when you want to be a shopkeeper you answer with tact and politeness.

Very good evaluation for: product quality, fast delivery, accurate packaging, favorable prices for the items purchased even compared to other very strong companies in the market. We hope there is still this choice in the future.
