Response from WonderCity
You ordered an item that was not in stock and was estimated to ship between December 7 and 12. We contacted you right after you placed the order to make sure you understood, and offered to cancel if you wanted to. You wanted to keep the order. Your package was shipped on December 10 and delivered on December 12. We therefore met the stated deadlines perfectly. Sorry, but we think this comment is very unfair.

I have been buying Jim Shore and Willow three's items for many years, they have very nice items, often I have taken with discounts, in stores the price is higher.

I could never see the size of the objects in fact the kitten figurine is so small that it looks like a joke.

Nothing to say about the service, really faultless, I would have to complain about the contact with the site to place the order...the day before it gave it at 51€ with free delivery and I didn't understand why it didn't let me place the order (even after updating the password), the next day it reported it to me at 48€ but with the delivery cost... after the order I got the email with the flash offers and, the same item was offered at 43€... no comment!

I took other items and as always the service was very good. This time I was disappointed that one item, which I have to give as a gift, was not placed inside a cardboard box but only inside the protective container, taped closed even though it was branded.

This is not my first time ordering from this site and as always I had a great time. Good prices and fast delivery. If I can make a suggestion to improve it would be most useful to allow you to sort products by increasing price
