Response from WonderCity Published on 01/02/2019

Good morning, first of all we thank you for your comment and for your trust in our company. Let us just point out that as clearly stated in the CLUB rules (link found on all pages of the site + in our GTC).... ""What is the duration of validity of the Club shares ? Shares are valid for 365 days from the day they are obtained (order date). For example, shares that are awarded to you on January 1 and February 15 this year will be forfeited on January 1 and February 15 next year, respectively. In the meantime, however, you can obtain other shares that allow you to maintain or advance your CLUB shareholder level. """ see https://www.cittadelregalo.it/content/15-club-cittadelregalo This regulation has been in effect for 9 years and has never been changed, the awarding of CLUB stars are an additional reward (in addition to gift points) that is given precisely to reward loyalty over the 365 days, so it is not a vested right for life. We remain at your disposal for any further inquiries on this matter and send you kind regards
