My product is still in storage at GLS because you forgot to mention my house number. Reported to GLS, but they are waiting for a response from the sender. The investigation you initiated has yielded nothing, but when I look up the tracking number, I see that it has been in their pearl storage the whole time.

I have been a loyal customer for about ten years for purchasing Jim Shore products and Loungefly backpacks and bags: these are always well-made products that match the images, with subjects that are absolutely true to Disney cartoons. Excellent packaging and super fast shipping (the last Snow White backpack was purchased on Sunday and arrived on Tuesday morning!). Absolutely recommended site.
