Hello. I have not yet received the figurines I ordered. What could I say except that I hope they will at least arrive before Christmas? So far my experience is definitely negative! Maria Luisa Borghesi

Response from WonderCity Published on 14/12/2024

Dear Maria Luisa Please be advised that the package shipped on December 10 is still in transit. Due to the high volume of shipments in the Rome region, the GLS network is experiencing higher than normal delivery times. We apologize for this inconvenience. However, the package should be delivered shortly and, in any case, will arrive before Christmas. Please feel free to contact us again if the situation does not change in the next few days. [EDIT : Your package was delivered on December 17].

The Christmas period was certainly the cause of the time it took for my order to be dispatched (order placed on November 29th and dispatched on December 12th) but all my parcels have always been delivered with care so we can forgive this small delay.

I have purchased from them several times, as they have a great selection and so many things are only purchasable from them. The packaging is impeccable and the shipping very fast. I had a problem with a damaged item and they replaced it within a week without the slightest charge. Really honest and reliable, thank you very much!

Dear Pascal Thank you very much for your testimonial. However, after checking, your order of 28/11 in the evening was delivered on 04/12, that is to say in D+3. So we don't understand your comment about delivery?
