Perfect service, responsive and friendly staff. In addition to being very friendly, the owner is always "on deck" to satisfy the customer. He even answers enquiries late at night when the store is closed... They have good gear at the right price (they really do adjust their prices if you find it cheaper elsewhere). Shipping is fast, everything is well packed and insured. I've finally found a good online store with service and advice worthy of an old-fashioned surf shop... ??

Very light packaging for a snowboard (1 layer cardboard??) and appearance defect on the board. Good recovery on the after-sales side, but a pity for the 1st printing, the admin. and the time wasted.
