I ordered a Size 41 in boots on the site and they sent me a 40 2/3 telling me I still had to try them on... Too bad, but I got my money back quickly.
Delivery not worth 90, after 2 days of delay and a passage of the deliveryman without the parcel inside the truck, I had to go to seek the bicycle with the depot not to await a delivery which would not come because "the parcel is too large for the van". The bicycle is absolutely not regulated well, the derailleur and the brakes are to be regulated, too bad when one passes by a store which is supposed to do it! Apart from that my Specialized diverge is with the top, once regulated of course.
I paid French vat and Swiss vat. On other sites, the French vat is deducted. Too bad
The wrong saddle was almost delivered, if I hadn't checked the order form. On the other hand, the customer contact with chamonix was good, they were able to correct the order. Colissimo, nil, they delivered the next evening when they were supposed to deliver the day before, a day off for nothing, who pays?
Difficulty navigating and finding products
Very good reception despite very expensive shipping costs. I couldn't find this product anywhere else, so that's why I fell for it.
Very light packaging for a snowboard (1 layer cardboard??) and appearance defect on the board. Good recovery on the after-sales side, but a pity for the 1st printing, the admin. and the time wasted.
Disappointed by the product the quality is forgotten
Shipment, fast, well packed, nothing to complain about, on the other hand the preparation of the bike needs to be greatly improved, for example my 12v Schimano derailleur needed to be completely adjusted, fortunately I know the different points to adjust, which is not the case for everyone, I was able to make it perfectly operational, the same for the fork and shock absorber, we're talking about a 7000 turbo levo, these procedures deserve your full attention Cordially
Nothing to complain about in terms of responsiveness and the quality of the packaging... The rating of 3/5 is linked to the fact that I forgot the pedals on the bike I bought... I've tried to contact online help, but to no avail so far.
The site is very good and the delivery fast. It's always very, very unpleasant to have to pay the customs fees. In this case 22.-. It would be ideal for me to know how much these charges will be so that I can decide on the delivery address (Switzerland or France).
Received quickly in Spe packaging and responsive customer service. But the bike was delivered with a brake leak and they agreed to take care of the repair, but it took a month of waiting in Paris to get it repaired. Insufficient quality control? Because the leak appeared after 250m metres of riding.

I liked the fact that they answered the phone when I called to inquire, just as they called me when I wrote an email to complain or to reinsegnement" The subject is that I sent the bindings (in a purchase of 900) without the box. On the phone I said I didn't want to waste cardboard, but talking to other people we all agree that it's all very cool, apart from making me buy a pack so I can have the bindings (the pack doesn't have a price reduction either) and send the bindings without the box. I have to keep them because at this price I'd better not damage them.
Fast delivery, but the shop only put one of my two bindings in the box, so the second arrived the day after.
I chose this site because of the promotions on the Picture brand. Despite an error on the available stock of the product I had bought online, I was called back very quickly to propose an alternative to my order. After exchanging SMS with the store, I was delivered quickly and was satisfied with the products delivered.

Correct experience but I would have liked it to have been stipulated that the model ordered was an exhibition model.
The bike was sent quickly but a gear protection cover was missing. After several email exchanges promising to send me a spare part, I've had no response to my latest reminders...not encouraging when after-sales service is needed...
Board arrived on time, but with a nice cut on it. personally, if it doesn't change the quality of the board, I don't care. as for the rest, I'm testing it this afternoon.
Fast delivery but very light packaging. Cardboard very damaged and small chip on the nose of the board (no protection).
I ordered the product with a 2 days delay and after 6 days no parcel but I hope that the product will be at its best.

Very happy with my Zero G order and the way it was handled by the store. Perhaps the website should offer more international delivery options, as I live in Switzerland and am still waiting for delivery a week after placing my order.... I think there should be an alternative to Collisimo for delivery to Switzerland...
The product I had bought was no longer in stock. I was offered another article, I agreed but they hadn't seen my e-mail. This cost me a week to complete my order. On the other hand, the product was delivered without any problem and as described.
