I am not satisfied with the product sent, I do not know if you had stock on the reference, I would have liked to have another experience than the disappointment on discovering the hat.
I bought a pair of 32 jones boots from season 21/22, for my surprised the pair was the demo boots, that was not advertised properly on the description. The lace are not great in great conditions. I think is fair to know in advance those details. Not only that the pair had a cheaper price marked on the box, is reasonable that you have better prices locally, but many to many things together. If i knew this things in advance i would not purchase this boots, but was the last pair. not a great experience.
Hello, the size information for my splitboard bindings is not correct on your site. I received bindings that were too big. I had your service on the phone and they understood the error. However, today I received an e-mail telling me that there was no error (so nobody checked my claim because there was no error on my part). I'm wasting time on this story when I had nothing to do with it. I'm now afraid that I won't be able to exchange them, knowing that you only have one size M model left in stock. I can't, as you suggest, spend another 640 to buy the right model while waiting to be reimbursed for the one I received in size L. Really not a pleasant experience.
I have received my defective item, I have contacted support who have still not found a solution and are just trying to contact the manufacturer of the snowskate I received. It's been 2 or 3 weeks since I received my item... Here you go!
I called the store to have a specialist on the size of shoes I wanted to order and after receiving the shoes are too large no returns I have worn so above the advice given the price of shoes.

I ordered 2 times by mistake, because I had received a message that the payment had not worked. I was charged 3 times!!! I immediately notified them by email (I couldn't reach them on the phone) and they didn't cancel the order.
Partial refund for a brand-new, unworn product
We graciously granted you a partial refund, when we are not obliged to do so, because in the return conditions it is clearly stipulated that you need the jacket's information labels. If you were to receive a new jacket without labels you would not be satisfied with your purchase by saying that the jacket was not new, we would not be able to resell this jacket to someone else under these conditions.
When you buy a new product it always comes with explanation and information labels, if you try the jacket and you don't want to keep it don't throw away the information labels before returning the jacket to us. Sincerely, Henrique
Buying a carbon splitboard at 1500 euros in a simple box and delivered like that I find it unacceptable. and I called the store and the "commercial" tells me your board has been damaged that's an answer to that you need to hear.
If your board arrived damaged, please let us know at the store, so that we can deal with the carrier's insurance and find a solution to replace, repair or refund the board. Sincerely, Henrique
The only thing I wanted tomorrow was to have stickers from the brand of my purchase, i.e. picture, and I only got zero Gs, including identical ones. If you can send me picture stickers, I'll order the pants right away. Thanks Adrien

We don't think that's right and unfair, given that you received your order in accordance with our commitments.
