Very reactive store with a phone call for a 1st order return with no worries (even if 10 days to get the refund on the account). 2nd order: perfect! 2nd order: perfect! I would have liked to have had details on the thickness and warmth of the ski clothes on the site, it would have saved me ordering and then returning the 1st item which was really too light.
