Lack of clarity in the basket about delivery costs.
Impeccable service. Zéro g responded quickly and favorably to a particular request following the purchase of an electric bike. What's more, it's much nicer to work with a French SME than a big company like Alltricks or Amazon. I'd recommend them.

The only thing I wanted tomorrow was to have stickers from the brand of my purchase, i.e. picture, and I only got zero Gs, including identical ones. If you can send me picture stickers, I'll order the pants right away. Thanks Adrien

Perhaps the website should offer more international delivery options, as I live in Switzerland and am still waiting for delivery a week after placing my order.... I think there should be an alternative to Collisimo for delivery to Switzerland...

Product conforms fast delivery
The product I had bought was no longer in stock. I was offered another article, I agreed but they hadn't seen my e-mail. This cost me a week to complete my order. On the other hand, the product was delivered without any problem and as described.
