Hello, thank you for your feedback. However, your comment does not reflect reality. You wrote to us on Wednesday 2nd at 10.46am and we replied at 10.47am. Customer service was there to listen to your questions about the arrival of your parcel. It arrived at the relay point the same day. The 24/48h delivery time was also respected by the carrier. Good evening, the products are perfect and conform to my wishes. What I find regrettable is that postage is free above a certain amount to which I thought I was entitled, unless the package contains sea salt (I was told) ????? (I took 25 kg) and unless I'm mistaken it's not mentioned anywhere on your site. What's more, I waited 15 days before being delivered, as you were out of stock on one of the products in my order, so I naively thought that you could make a commercial gesture, which unfortunately was not the case. All in all, the products are in order. For this order, the packaging was very light and the DPD carrier was once again unscrupulous. Concerning the handling of this one, the parcel received was completely crushed. The shopkeeper refused to let me check the contents before signing for it. Fortunately, there was nothing fragile about it.

A sticker "fragile" to stick on the box these not the sea to drink, Delivery the worst possible, gls are the least noted by their customer, better go through another company. Instead of offering me a standard exchange for a skimmer that suffered a shock the response was "I've seen worse".
