I was disappointed by my first order where I ordered a 25kg salt bucket which arrived completely broken in my parcel which had no external damage. I contacted customer service by e-mail, but got no answer, which is a shame.
However satisfied with my 2nd order RAS.
I advise you not to order large volumes of salt, it doesn't take well to transport.

IT'S NOT DIRECTLY THEIR COMPANY'S PROBLEM BUT THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIVERY TO OUR HOME. I'LL SEE IF I COME BACK AND IF I GET AN ANSWER FROM THEM NOW.
