I request a replacement, they refuse. I request withdrawal, they send you an email informing you that if it arrives damaged, they can reduce up to 30% of the value of the product, that is, they have the power not to assume their fault. Reported through my insurance, a shame such poor treatment, the first time this has happened to me in so many online purchases I have made where I have had a similar mishap, as I have experience buying online. By the way, they offered me €15 to spend in their store. It seems unbelievable to me that they indicate that since it has damage you cannot withdraw from it, sending them the photos as soon as you receive it, may God repay you with the same treatment towards you.
