A chronopost parcel arrived late, and the shopkeeper gave me a credit note for half the cost of postage... I didn't want a credit note, but a refund, for the full cost of postage, because, in addition, the amount was close to the free standard delivery. And, to top it all off, the order that arrived late was the wrong one, with the wrong products. Mistake made up for the next day. But hey, that's how I worked when I was fired, as my grandfather used to say...
