The navigation on the site is quite simple, you can find the products you are looking for quite easily, depending on the brand, it's interesting. However, I can't find the product nitrate minus from SERA. Fast delivery and package in good condition with a small gift inside, thank you.
Very professional fast delivery responds to email perfect
Package received 3 weeks after order placed on website... I had to go and buy products for the maintenance of my reef aquarium in a hurry from another retailer... Customer service didn't reply to my emails asking about the delivery time (email sent 7 days after placing the order). I finally got someone on the phone who informed me that, due to a computer problem, the stock displayed on the website did not correspond to the actual stock... And that one of my products was out of stock. The person on the phone didn't want to send me the first part of my order in a first parcel, so that I wouldn't have to go to another store. It's a pity, because I've already ordered from Zoanthus several times without any problems. However, I would still recommend this store, which has proved its reliability in the past. A word of advice to the Zoanthus team: if the problem occurs again, it would be advisable to inform the customer by e-mail, and to offer to send the parcel in 2 instalments in order to deliver the essential products within a reasonable time.
As usual zoanthus, and the appointment, order received the next day, serious and fast, I highly recommend zoanthus and I will recommend zoanthus.
