When I placed the order, what I ordered was in stock on the site, so for me, no problem!!! After a few days when I saw that my order had not been processed, I got worried and contacted Zoanthus. There I was told that one of the products was out of stock (there were still 3 on the site!!!) and I was offered to wait 1 week, or to take another product as a replacement. I took a replacement one, but this shows poor stock management, and a lack of respect for the customer, since there was no information to warn me.

Change carrier, DPD made a mistake with the drop-off site. They are really amateurs. Otherwise, Zoanthus is great for the order, and the prices are very reasonable. I am satisfied with my 2 orders. I will continue with them.

I received the ordered pump (over €190) but the product was a demo product and I had to return it because it was impossible to connect. I am still down and I hear that Zoanthus is finding a replacement solution!!
