Satisfied, but the box had been mishandled and was open. Probably rough handling by the carrier or the carton wasn't strong enough.

The parcel was delivered anywhere by DPD, even though zoanthus prepared it quickly and to the best of its ability. It is urgent to change delivery companies or risk penalising work that has so far been beyond reproach.

Good evening, the products are perfect and conform to my wishes. What I find regrettable is that postage is free above a certain amount to which I thought I was entitled, unless the package contains sea salt (I was told) ????? (I took 25 kg) and unless I'm mistaken it's not mentioned anywhere on your site. What's more, I waited 15 days before being delivered, as you were out of stock on one of the products in my order, so I naively thought that you could make a commercial gesture, which unfortunately was not the case. Sincerely
