Regarding order no. RKQDXKPVL which, to date, is still "in preparation" despite the payment being made on 07.05.2025, it is presumed that it will never arrive. I am therefore forced to order another product to avoid losing the money already paid; the situation is very unfair also because before placing the order I wrote to you and you assured me that it was in stock (1 unit) and even earlier I had checked on your site and the product was listed as available in 2 units.
Everything is correct, I had a problem with the shipment due to the handling of the package and they solved it for me immediately.
