Super satisfait de ma commande qui à été expédiée tres rapidement. j''ai passé ma commande le 31/08 et je l'ai reçus le 3/08. je ne peux que recommandé le site. avec les mails de suivit au top tout comme le sav qui répond dans l'heure si vous avez une question. j'en ai fais l'expérience en envoyant une demande d'infos sur ma commande et j'ai reçut une réponse rapidement pour me dire qu'elle quittais lentrepot et qu'elle partait en livraison.

When I placed the order, what I ordered was in stock on the site, so for me, no problem!!! After a few days when I saw that my order had not been processed, I got worried and contacted Zoanthus. There I was told that one of the products was out of stock (there were still 3 on the site!!!) and I was offered to wait 1 week, or to take another product as a replacement. I took a replacement one, but this shows poor stock management, and a lack of respect for the customer, since there was no information to warn me.

Change carrier, DPD made a mistake with the drop-off site. They are really amateurs. Otherwise, Zoanthus is great for the order, and the prices are very reasonable. I am satisfied with my 2 orders. I will continue with them.

Delivery compliant and super fast!
I received the ordered pump (over €190) but the product was a demo product and I had to return it because it was impossible to connect. I am still down and I hear that Zoanthus is finding a replacement solution!!
