I ordered a product that was available on your site. And after 3 weeks nothing. I called and was told that the order was blocked because the product had not been restocked. To unblock the order I offered to put in an equivalent product. So I ordered a 350g tin of food and received a 150g tin as a replacement. If I had wanted to order 150 grams I would have ordered them from the start. Not very happy with the service

The sand is perfect, it doesn't make dust, the nitrate and nitrite values are affixed right away, and the animals are doing well--some snails immediately dipped in. And the black sand does reflect the light a bit anyway, so suitable even for some corals. The pink one is especially liked by nudibranchs and urchins.
