The prices are more affordable than in a garden centre, and above all, the deliveries are ultra-fast. Unfortunately, I had 2 damaged products on my last order. But I highly recommend this store.

Following a request for an accelerated order for which I paid a higher price, I only received the parcel 4 days after the planned date, very disappointed.

I received the parcel, but inside I had two packages of exploding products. Good products, but their weak point: the package is too fragile for the carriers, who are too violent.
The site and order processing were fine. Delivery was a different matter: the carrier decided to deliver to a random relay point in the city.

As always, 5 stars for the easy-to-use site, very fast shipping and efficient order processing, as well as impeccable communication from the site regarding order progress. I broke my Milwaukee pH meter probe by dropping it and needed the pH meter for an ongoing experiment. I ordered a little before 3pm and received the chronopost at the relay point the next day around 10am. So absolutely perfect.
