Problems with Mondial Relay pickup points are not the seller's fault. But up to 2 times (and who knows even longer) the order was delayed due to a product on pre-order that is not coming in stock. Here and I have not received any form of proactive communication about it. At a certain point, my orders were partially shipped, also without notifying or consulting. There is something fundamentally wrong with the communication and customer orientation.

I am completely satisfied with the figure (Matthias Jabs from the Scorpions) and it arrived promptly and intact. The packaging of the figure is not entirely undamaged, but still within an acceptable range. Next time, I would choose the reinforced packaging, but fortunately, it's not that bad now.
