Disastrous experience. Order placed on 09/03/2026. All items were available on the site at that date. My order is confirmed, but one item is ultimately out of stock. Expected arrival of the missing product on 21/03/2026. After this date, still no news and the product is still out of stock. I write an email to find out if there is a new date for the availability of the product. I am told, without being given a date, that the product needs to be improved before being available again. I decide to send an email to cancel my entire order, as it was for a birthday and the date would be exceeded. Two days later, I receive a notification explaining that my order has finally been sent incomplete even though I had requested its complete cancellation. In short, no consideration for the customer and dubious practices. Avoid.

Product received in damaged condition due to very insufficient packaging. The shipping box was largely empty and only lightly filled on one side, allowing the game to move freely during transport. The result is clear transport damage to the corners and edges of the box. Immediately after receipt, I contacted (email on April 10, then tried by phone and via the online form). To date, I have not received any substantive response. The product is unused and is still in the same condition it was delivered in. What is particularly disappointing is not only the poor packaging but the complete lack of customer service. I request a proper handling of this complaint. Based on this experience, I cannot currently recommend this webshop.

I waited a long time for my order because of a puzzle out of stock, but when I contacted customer service the situation was resolved very quickly, 3 days later I received the rest of my order, careful shipping, the puzzles are beautiful

I have not received my package to this day! It has neither arrived at my home, nor did we find it at the three DPD stations we had to visit at our own expense... and this despite the fact that they charged extra costs for packaging and shipping! From you, there was no information at all about when the package arrived where. My son, who was supposed to receive the ordered goods by Easter!!! is also very disappointed. Had I known all this beforehand, I would never have ordered from you, after all this trouble! I also do not understand why the goods were not delivered directly to my address, which I provided, or where the package is now? Therefore, I want my already paid money refunded immediately!
