I placed my order on 07/01/2018 and it has not yet arrived. I got an email saying it had been processed but when I check the website it says ""still processing"". Their phone number says open 9-5 weekdays but I've now tried 5 times and the UK number says its closed and then a couple of times the same number has gone through to French answer machine. I've left voicemail and emailed with no response and the web chat function on the website does not appear. I've found no way of contacting them all I want is to know what the problem is and when my order will arrive!

I order the paints and everything works fine. Then I get an e-mail telling me that one of the paints is missing and they give me a credit note (not a refund!) I get another e-mail, the paint is back in stock and I can recommend it and use my credit note... I recommend it and then, surprise, I'm charged shipping again (7.99€), which is a lot of money for a can of paint (plus I can't find where to use the credit). The next day, I see that they've assembled the 2 orders, but they didn't take away the 2nd shipping charge. But the funniest thing was that I received my parcel without the famous missing paint. no explanation, but the person was very kind and re-sent the order, which I hope will arrive soon.
