Packaging was sloppy half-open box,the model boxes were not sealed,otherwise it was complete

Until today no problem but since this order remained without answer no parcel, it is certain that the current deliveries are to reform that errors everywhere the post office the deliverer a souc thank you to answer all the same, of delivers, before next year cordially

High shipping costs and several weeks to delivery

Although not available for some time I was immediately notified that one was still available for me. Further handling was perfect, clear and fast.

Had problems with DPD on delivery, no box free, they wanted to send the parcel back. But 1001Hobbies stepped in and the parcel was delivered. Compliments to the customer service. The helicopter doesn't fly properly in the living room. Will have to trim it outside when the temperatures rise again.

Shipped very quickly, but received a cardboard box damaged on one side, without damaging the merchandise. The model is made entirely of plastic, which doesn't seem to be very high quality - to be seen once assembled!

Hello, there are articles falsely described... Two motorcycles are not at the right scale... Yamaha 250 "enduro" and BMW R75...ech.1/10th instead of 1/12th! Otherwise, it's fine! Thanks for your time.
