My experience is downright bad. I only received a package after several weeks which contained only half of the goods ordered 2 items worth €45.60 were not !!!! delivered. While I did receive an email claiming that all goods were delivered. Several emails to the customer service is so far not !!!! You are not reachable by phone. So I certainly do not recommend you and will also ask the modeling website Scalemates to remove your link from their website !!!

- feeling of a scam: at the time of purchase, all products were in stock. However, they send with the order confirmation (editable, by the way) a badly written clarification in Spanish, indicating that the bag can be divided due to lack of stock, assuming additional costs. - The expected time of availability of the missing product was increasing instead of decreasing. - After almost 20 days of waiting, I ask Paypal to refund the money and cancel the purchase, providing all the evidence - Paypal communicates with the seller and only then and instantly send all the products (including the one that still had 2 weeks left to be available again).

Excellent customer relations: Thanks to the person who contacted me by phone to offer me 2 free shipments, as one of the products was likely to arrive later (my fault, I hadn't read the message when ordering). In the end, they offered to replace the missing product with one that was a few euros more expensive, for the original price! 1001 hobbies is now at the top of my suppliers list, and I'm already planning my next order.
