My package was never delivered My package was never delivered, because of uncomplete adress according to delivery service. I expect a refund for at least the amount of the returned purchase. In that case i will purchase a similar item but on scale 1/72 instead of 1/144.

No comms from Vendor until PayPal intervened We did eventually receive the product we ordered. However at first this vendor took the money, sent us an invoice then.. Nothing. After a few days we contacted the vendor asking what was happening. No response. We contacted them again. No response. Finally we resorted to opening a PayPal complaint in order to get a refund. The response was then instantaneous. Multiple emails kept us informed up until the point the goods turned up.
