Order took a little longer in shipping, using the ecoship option, compared to UPS shipping. The shipment took a dreadful beating enroute, and customer service worked with me quite well to deal with the problem. Luckily the items I'd ordered weren't damaged, as the kit packaging took the worst of the beating. The selection of products was good, as usual, and only minor stocking delays were encountered.

I purchased a product that was being marketed for more than 900 euros as available and shipped inn48 hours , after purchase, I called for more information but found people unprepared, also the product after several days of waiting that was not being shipped was unavailable. Why do they leave merchandise on the site if.then they don't have any? Also they wanted me to exchange the merchandise for completely different one. Fortunately I was able to get a refund.
