When items are out of stock, the site offers to let you know as soon as the restock arrives, but this is never done. The delivery time is far too long, and when you complain about it, you get the runaround. It's a shame we don't listen to our customers. You have good products, but the rest is up to you.

Apparently there was a stock problem which was not indicated on the web at the time of purchase and the last news I have are from last week. I have tried to get in touch by all the phone numbers listed and it is impossible and via email I have not received any response. Very little series
