I send several messages telling them to cancel the order, I call several times by phone and they never pick up, they answer me two days later saying that unfortunately they have already sent it ... I do not recommend, bad service.

The delivery was fast and uncomplicated and the shipment was always tracked. The price/performance ratio is absolutely right. This will not be my last order.

I have NOT received my order. I received several emails that it was ready for collection with QR codes and everything but the box at the collection point was EMPTY and neither the suppliers nor the seller got back to me after 2 days.

No complaints about my order and its delivery. Everything went smoothly. I was just surprised to find that the masks mentioned on the two instructions were not supplied with each model, as the assembly instructions suggest. Is this normal? A reply from the seller would be appreciated.

Ordered Ruff Puffs and Viet Congs and APVN....it was so simple! received the Viets and instead of the South Vietnamese, a quadruple 20mm Armory. Called immediately (Tuesday afternoon), the operator told me she would immediately send an exchange voucher...I'm still waiting; no need to buy where it's most expensive to be poorly served!
