I placed an order on 2082015 we are September 3 and still nothing received. Of course the bank account has been debited !!!! I've left 2 voicemails and 2 emails and no response from them. I'm thinking of sending a letter as I should. Customer service is not reactive at all.

I placed an order 20 days ago the item was available on the website but not in stock. I cancelled the order and asked for a refund. Given the impossibility of contacting or receiving a response from them I opened a dispute with PayPal after several days to do so which I had to elevate to a claim since even so they did not refund me the money. As of today PayPal is processing the claim and they still have my money. I do not recommend anyone to buy in this store is a headache time and what is worse .... money.
