Just as I expected
Very quick and easy navigation.product as expected.great packaging.
All correct, the package arrived quickly and well packaged. It would be nice to offer discount vouchers to good customers.
Product conforms to order
Everything fine!
Product box arrived in a shipping box that showed no damage. The product box itself was crushed and had been opened and then taped shut again. I inspected the contents of the product box and found no damage to the model parts. I am satisfied with the results although I don't think the product was new.

Shipping was fine. Unfortunately, the product had a flaw, which was a shame.
There was a delay in shipping to my home address, because the item came from outside suppliers, when the delay occurred. Every email, I sent about this delay to "1001 hobbies" was always answered in a customer-friendly and professional manner. For that, my sincere compliments! I plan to order more products from "1001 Hobbies".
Ordered easily and quickly. Tracking worked well. So good to predict when the packet would arrive. Personal note with a little extra also feels very nice as a customer I short exactly what you want as a customer!
Not to be recommended: it took almost 3 weeks to deliver a 1/48-scale airplane model that was out of stock on the shelves. However, 48 hours after the order was placed, the value of the item was deducted from the bank account, which just goes to show that you can sell without a second thought, even if you know you won't be able to deliver within the announced timeframe. Lame!!!

I ordered a puzzle and I was worried when I discovered when I started to assemble it that it had a duplicate piece, I contacted the customer service who provided me with a form to describe the problem and proceed with the return. Luckily the puzzle was finally complete and it was not necessary to return it, but I was reassured that they wrote to me and offered me a solution.

WHEREAS, the order, as communicated at the time of purchase, was supposed to arrive by a certain date and arrived markedly later! Once delivered I found that a product was missing, after several calls to the service center, which made me fill out a claim form, I learned that the product, contrary to what was indicated, was not in stock and therefore was not sent to me! Instead of crediting the amount back to my credit card (for the value of the missing product) they made me a voucher that I will be forced to use within 30 days, resulting in the inconvenience of having to place a new order which, if less than 100 euros will be burdened by shipping costs effectively making the voucher useless! Very bad buying experience!
Well clearly indicated, cheap prices only I found the Track & Trace long on "status sent" andamp; it took a week before my package arrived, after I sent an email on Sunday I got almost immediately on Monday morning an email back regarding status package, day after my package was just arrived. Website good Communication good Price low Delivery a bit on the long side Therefore I give you 4 stars! A great review but the delivery time could really be faster in my opinion.
