The site itself is very interesting in the sense that it offers models and photoetched solutions. That said, the material appears to be in stock with an availability of 1 to 2 weeks. Moreover, despite the annual discount linked to the subscriber card advantage, the product is more expensive than the competition.

Initially my order was not taken into account even though I was charged for it... On the other hand, the customer service was great, the lady on the phone was patient and helped me through my problem... As for my delivery, I still haven't received it, but it's from the delivery person, so there's nothing to say except maybe I should have a wider choice of delivery people...

The delivery arrived incomplete ( one figurine out of six is missing - it should be available at the end of October... ) and there is a real lack of communication with the customer. A simple e-mail or SMS to inform of a delay would solve everything, rather than being presented with a fait accompli.
