Since I have been ordering model kits on the Internet, it has never happened to me that these kits are not complete. I have ordered 2 x the model Dzialo Szturmowe AT -1 from Mirage Hobby. Both model kits were delivered without tracks and decals!!!!! In future I will only order from other suppliers

My order N°18655 (model NORD 262 and COMET UAT) arrived with half of the parts missing (COMET is missing fuselage and tailplane) and moreover the parts delivered are unusable because very very damaged) I am still waiting for someone to contact me to find out how to proceed for an exchange or refund (every time I call the store they tell me they will contact me but alas I still don't see anything coming! I will never use this company again. The goods have still not arrived after two weeks. Instead there are newsletters with models with Nazi symbols and tanks from the world war. If the package does not arrive within 4 days, I will ask for my money back.
