I received a model, with damaged elements. However, I am still waiting for a response from customer service, which is absent! So far, they have not bothered to respond to my email with photos of the state of the model. This is very disappointing.

I get the impression that this is a scam because when I try the guest tracking option all that happens is I'm sent to a New Member application. I question if you've sent anything at all, or if this is just a way to capture data for marketing purposes. Did I actually buy anything from you? Did you ever actually send me anything or did I fall for some sort of Chinese scam. I guess we'll see

Various orders have been placed and the delivery has always been punctual.
The complete order is not shipped which appeared in stock. If the order is not claimed, it remains indefinitely on hold. Poor service.

I couldn't be happier. I knew it would take a while to receive my order, but they provided me with tracking information at all times. The product arrived in perfect condition.
I received the order placed on March 6 on March 31 after going to the BRT deliveries where after tracking it down it was found that the delivery address had been changed corrected the address the next day the package was delivered.
