Delivery on time. Possibility of tracking. goods arrived undamaged. Packaging to be improved. The boxes of the kits are poorly "protected" inside the package. Other online model stores ship in sturdier boxes and place material inside the box containing the kits that protects the contents.

The problem has been with the delivery company, they should have left it at the place of delivery on Wednesday (before Holy Thursday) and at 18.46 they were (they say) at the store and did not leave it ...the store was open for sure but they took it to the warehouse until Monday April 1st.

Nothing to complain about except that I was originally charged delivery costs even though I had taken the premium card and my purchase was over 99 euros, but everything was resolved with a later refund, resulting in 80% satisfaction.

Rarely do we find model kits at -20% -30% elsewhere.

The products are very satisfactory and deliveries are very fast. The search filters for the choice of paints are missing. The services linked to the starter kit really need to be reviewed: I didn't get the right paints despite receiving an e-mail. If a model requires forests: highlight this information.

Delivery time too long

The surcharge for faster delivery was not justified, I expect a refund to my PayPal account. Despite changing the delivery address, the delivery was made to the "old" delivery address and thus additional costs for shipping.
