Very satisfied, the company kept me informed of the status of the order. The only thing was that the order took a little longer to arrive than I expected. As there are not many hobby stores in Spain, it is a very useful website to get anything related to the hobby. In general, no problems.

The website itself is excellent, a very nice wide selection. The only problem is the French transport company that brings the order from the French warehouse to the Netherlands. I have had bad experiences with this in the past. Regarding this purchase, let me suffice to say that it should not take weeks for something coming from France to reach a destination in the Netherlands.

I was happy to receive this model. My grandson is all for Airbus and all for Thai Airlines. After opening the shipping box i took a Quick Look at the model box and saw no damage. I surely couldn’t understand why you didn’t put an packing material around the model box to ensure that it arrived safely.
